VCS is seeking a full-time Educational Assistant to work from 8:15 am to 4:15 pm, Monday to Friday. This role requires collaboration with teachers and Educational Support Services to implement individualized educational plans effectively. Essential skills include strong communication and organizational abilities to promote student learning and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teachers to support diverse student needs
• Assist in implementing IEPs and behavior action plans
• Foster positive relationships with students for effective learning




• Maintain confidential communication with staff and students
• Provide personal care and medical support as needed

Requirements:
• EA Certification or related post-secondary education preferred
• Relevant experience in educational or therapeutic settings
• Knowledge of methods for supporting students with disabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a Christian framework
• Robust interpersonal and organizational skills
