MOVE TO MOVE is hiring for a registered massage therapist job in Calgary, AB, and we are looking for an experienced, well-rounded RMT to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. You will provide therapeutic, evidence-informed massage care for active people, sports recovery, and chronic pain management, working alongside colleagues who share your commitment to patient outcomes.

A Clinic Built Around Active Healing
At MOVE TO MOVE, we believe in empowering our patients to take an active role in their healing journey. We are entering our ninth year of serving our surrounding communities, and our facility brings two things under one roof: a Rehabilitation Clinic and a Movement School and gym. Our services range from physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy to manual osteopathic therapy, private training, and group classes for both adults and kids.

That mix shapes the way you will work. Many of the people you treat are already moving, training, or working toward getting back to it, and you will see how your sessions fit into a bigger plan of care. Our approach is evidence-based and personalized, with the goal of helping people move well and live fully. Patients come to us with concerns such as back and neck pain, sports injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and work injuries, so your caseload will rarely look the same two days in a row. We also host workshops alongside our weekly Movement School classes, so the clinic stays active throughout the week. Our clinic is located southeast of downtown Calgary, with free parking.

What Your Week Looks Like
This is a part-time position with a mix of morning and afternoon or evening shifts, and we build in flexibility based on your availability. You will manage your own fee-for-service caseload, complete client intakes and assessments,



and create individualized treatment plans around each client’s goals. When a patient would benefit from another perspective, you can cross-refer within our team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, and trainers, and they can do the same for you.

We handle the front desk, billing, and marketing so you can spend your time with clients. Online booking and charting run through the Jane app, and you will have a motivated client base, thanks to direct internal referrals from our multidisciplinary team and an active patient population.

Your own wellbeing matters here too. You will have complimentary access to our on-site gym and Movement School group classes for personal use, and we invite you to take an active part in the growth and culture of the clinic.

Compensation: Competitive split commission based on experience.

Active registration and good standing with a recognized Alberta massage therapy association (e.g., CRMTA, MTAA, RMTAO) with a minimum of 2,200 hours of formal training

Valid personal professional liability insurance

Strong background in treating musculoskeletal (MSK) and sport-related injuries

Previous experience in a multidisciplinary private practice is considered an asset

Additional certifications in modalities such as Myofascial Release, Cupping, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Craniosacral Therapy, or Prenatal Massage are considered strong assets
