COOEC Canada Company in Calgary is seeking a bilingual English-Mandarin Project Engineer to coordinate CPNA Oil Sands projects, reporting to the Project Manager and collaborating with Engineering, Project Controls, Supply Chain, QA, Operations, Maintenance, HSE, and other stakeholders to ensure scope is delivered on time and on budget.The candidate will support multi-front projects, develop technical scopes of work, manage documentation, and lead design reviews, while aligning with CPNA#J-18808-Ljbffr
