The ideal candidate will be experienced in operating loaders and attachments that include fork and bucket.This position is based out of Edmonton AlbertaThe TeamThe Loader Operator joins a hardworking and safety-focused operations team that plays a critical role in the day-to-day movement and processing of materials. Working alongside equipment operators, drivers, labourers, and site leadership, the team is committed to maintaining a safe, efficient,



and environmentally responsible worksite.Work EnvironmentThis is a full time permanent role and a based in the yard, working Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:30pm, with rotating SaturdaysA Day in The LifeOperate equipment while adhering to all safe work practices and proceduresFollow Secures' operating standards and proceduresClean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanksConduct pre-operational checks on equipment. Complete walk-arounds, safety checks and ensure equipment is running properlySecure special attachments to equipmentOperate two-way radios and other communication when requiredMinor repairs to equipment. Report any necessary reports to the supervisorCommitment to working safely and following safety protocolSkills, Experience & QualificationsOne or more years experience operating equipment in industries such as civil earth works, pipelines, or Oil & Gas2 years equipment operation experienceA minimum of 5,000 hours in Heavy Equipment operationsDrug, Alcohol & Fitness TestingGrade 12 or GEDAbility to Work variable shifts & hoursWork and/or travel in varied terrains, weather conditions, isolated locations and by various means of transportationMust be physically fit, heavy labour is requiredWhat's in it for youAt SECURE,
