Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor entrances and manage facility access control
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and compliance
• Professionally respond to incidents, including conflicts




• Provide support in emergencies, including first aid
• Document security incidents using Resolver system

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 10 (Grade 12 preferred)
• Familiarity with Downtown Southside and its resources
• Experience in social service or community role desired
• First Aid Level I certification an asset
• Basic Security Training (BST) preferred
