You will manage the scheduling of Personal Support Workers, Nurses, and Therapists while ensuring service delivery standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule service delivery for PSWs and Nurses
• Act as liaison between patients and healthcare staff
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone and email
• Enter data into automated systems accurately
• Produce scheduling reports for supervisory review

Requirements:
• One year of relevant customer service experience
• Preference for post-secondary education
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
