Key Responsibilities Lead comprehensive business process re-engineering projects for diverse clients.
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, identifying core issues and opportunities for radical improvement.
Design and develop optimized future-state business processes, incorporating best practices and innovative solutions.
Develop detailed implementation plans and oversee the execution of re-engineered processes.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to drive consensus and change.
Quantify the impact of process improvements in terms of cost savings, efficiency gains, and service enhancements.
Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.




Mentor and coach project team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to senior client leadership.
Ensure successful knowledge transfer and adoption of new processes by client organizations.
Requirements Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in management consulting, with a strong focus on Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) or significant operational transformation.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale BPR projects with measurable results.
Deep expertise in process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN), analysis techniques, and change management methodologies.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, particularly in a remote context.
