Serco Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the PORTS program in Middletown, RI. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver simulation-based training systems for the US Surface Navy, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality targets are met.
The role requires DoD clearance eligibility, a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of management experience (P&L;), and robust MS Office skills. Travel up to 10% is expected.
