What you will do
We are looking for motivated, forward-thinking students to join the Customer Accounts team this summer as Associate Sales Manager Interns (May 2027 to August 2027) in Montreal (Brossard), Quebec.

As an Associate Sales Manager Intern, you will be assigned projects that support your business area. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, build your expertise and leadership skills, and make a meaningful impact on Kenvue’s iconic brands. Key Responsibilities

Develop customer recommendations, including product innovations and merchandising initiatives, and assess risks and opportunities

Analyze, quantify, track, and communicate business results against key priorities in partnership with internal stakeholders

Help achieve the Customer Accounts team’s business objectives for assigned Kenvue brands by applying consumer, category, and product or brand insights and analytics

Collaborate with customer teams, sales strategy, and brand marketing to optimize and develop opportunities that drive growth

Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and deliverables

Create and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders

Build and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers

Monitor the effectiveness of sales promotions and report on results

What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related field

Bilingualism is essential (French and English).

0 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software

Preferred Qualifications





Ability to demonstrate creativity and strategic thinking

Experience with data analysis

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

What’s in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$34,000.00 - $49,450.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
