Job Summary We are hiring Production Workers for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Milton, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities - Work on the production line to support daily manufacturing output. - Sort, pack, and prepare products according to production standards.



- Complete visual quality inspections to ensure products meet requirements. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. - Follow workplace safety procedures and production instructions. - Work as part of a team to meet production targets and shift expectations.

Compensation and Benefits - Pay range: $20.85 to $22.25 per hour. - Base rate: $20.85 per hour. - Night shift premium: $0.70 per hour. - 12-hour shift premium: $0.70 per hour. - Weekly pay. - On-the-job training provided. - Full-time hours with potential for full-time hire. - Temp-to-hire opportunity. - Location: Milton, Ontario, L9T 6W3. - Schedule: Rotating 12-hour day and night shifts. - Day shift: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Night shift: 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - Alternating weekly schedule. - Every other weekend required.
