Title: Maintenance Coordinator Location: Bolton, Ontario Job Type: Full Time, Pay: Salaried $50,000 to $55,000 per year Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00PM Worksite: On-site Elevate is recruiting a Maintenance Coordinator for a growing manufacturing operation in the Bolton area.

This is a brand new role for a hands-on maintenance qualified who wants to own the maintenance function and help shape a plant that is expanding quickly.

What you will do Keep detailed, organized maintenance records Observe equipment changeovers and diagnose what is slowing them down Coordinate outside contractors, from quotes and purchase orders to scheduling and closeout Follow the preventive maintenance schedule across all production lines Manage the maintenance budget Run the maintenance room, including parts, tools and inventory Guide operators on routine maintenance tasks Support lockout,



guarding and safe work practices under the Ontario OHSA Must Haves: Hands-on maintenance experience; you have turned a wrench and can diagnose problems on the floor Strong record keeping and organization Experience coordinating contractors and following a PM schedule Comfort managing a budget Experience over education, with references who can speak to your work Industrial facilities maintenance backgrounds are welcome Metals, tube or roll changeover experience is an asset What is offered Competitive salary, with room for experienced candidates Benefits package A brand new role with room to grow into maintenance management A fast-growing operation adding new lines and shifts
