The School Secretary provides expert administrative support including secretarial, financial management,



reception and clerical duties to advance the needs of staff, students and parents.

Qualifications

Graduate of Office Administration Certificate or Diploma program or a grade 12 education with 3-5 years’ relevant experience

Intermediate to advanced level technical/computer skills (ie.

Microsoft Suite)Functional proficiency/experience with typical accounting software (ie.

Quickbooks)Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract with access to a reliable vehicle
