Job Description About the Role We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Building Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in our commercial building.

You will be working in tenant units as well as common areas, so professionalism, discretion, and a customer-first attitude are essential to this role.

Responsibilities Sweep, mop, and wash floors Dust furniture and surfaces Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures Pick up debris and empty trash containers Wash windows, walls, and ceilings Clean building units while respecting tenants’ space and belongings Communicate courteously with tenants and staff, and respond to cleaning requests or concerns promptly Maintain the confidentiality of any tenant information, documents, or property encountered while working in units Report any maintenance, safety,



or security concerns to the appropriate supervisor Other duties as assigned Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent Workers Awareness Certificate Previous cleaning experience required Ability to work independently Ability to plan and organize job tasks effectively Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanour Demonstrated integrity and the ability to respect confidentiality and privacy Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety standards, including secure handling of cleaning products Additional Information While our Applicant Tracking System uses some AI-enhanced tools, every decision throughout screening, assessing, and selecting candidates is made by real people on our team.
