Our financial services client is seeking a Application Support Specialist (5+ Years) to support collateral management and derivatives applications using application production support, SQL, and Auto

Sys Join a Capital Markets technology team supporting critical collateral management and derivatives applications within a high-visibility trading setting.

This role supports the onboarding and operational support of a proprietary Loan Financing Provisioning application while contributing across a broader enterprise application portfolio.

The position offers exposure to Capital Markets, cloud technologies, enterprise application support, and derivatives trading environments.

Candidates will work closely with traders, development teams, project stakeholders, and business users across the organization.

Hybrid Every Thursday - fourth Friday 6 months Must Haves 5+ years in Application Support / Production Support within enterprise business applications Capital Markets and derivatives trading environment exposure SQL experience with SQL Server and/or Azure SQL Auto

Sys or comparable batch scheduling and automation tools Microsoft infrastructure knowledge within the Windows Server ecosystem and exposure to Azure Nice to Have Collateral Management experience Colline (COLLINE) application experience XVA Risk exposure AWS exposure Elastic / Kibana, ITRS, Power

Shell scripting, Python scripting, or AI-assisted operational support experience Responsibilities Support collateral management and derivatives applications within the Capital Markets environment Investigate incidents and troubleshoot application issues Monitor batch processes and support operational activities Perform root cause analysis and escalate issues as required Analyze application and system logs to identify issues Support weekend deployments and participate in support rotations Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the application support portfolio
