Take a leadership role in health and safety with Agnico Eagle as the Health and Safety Manager for the Ontario Region. Champion a culture of zero harm while managing safety across multiple mines and projects.

Reporting to the Corporate Director, this strategic position oversees health and safety operations at sites such as Detour Lake and Macassa Mine. You will lead site teams to achieve corporate safety objectives and ensure compliance with Ontario regulations. Your expertise in risk management, incident investigations, and safety programs will be crucial in fostering a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Champion a zero-harm culture across all regional operations
• Lead and support local Health & Safety teams
• Serve as an advisor on safety risk matters




• Monitor compliance with occupational health regulations
• Develop and implement safety strategies and programs

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety
• 10+ years in health and safety leadership, mining preferred
• Deep knowledge of Ontario OHSA and regulations
• Solid leadership and team development skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
