Lead the growth of packaging offerings as a Sales Director at Spicers in Vaughan. Drive business development, build high-performance teams, and expand customer relations in the Central Region.

In this full time role, you will be based in Vaughan, Ontario, and report to the Senior Vice President, Packaging & Facility Solutions. As a strategic leader, your focus will be on expanding regional customer relationships and developing sales strategies to achieve targets. The position requires collaboration across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop comprehensive sales strategies to meet targets
• Communicate program status and performance targets




• Build strong relationships with key customers
• Guide and support regional sales consultants

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in sales leadership, packaging preferred
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials and processes
• Proven track record in strategic sales planning
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
