• Manage incoming customer service requests for HVAC services
• Coordinate scheduling of technicians with service needs

• Follow up to ensure services meet customer expectations
• Maintain accurate customer account information in NxGen

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Solid organizational and communication skills
