Ford of Canada is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at the Windsor Engine Plant/Essex Engine Plant to lead an hourly team, drive safety, and optimize daily operations in a high‑volume manufacturing workplace.
You will shape culture, ensure quality and efficiency, manage performance, and develop your team. The role requires supervisory experience and PLC knowledge, with rotating shifts including nights and weekends; salary range is $85,000–$135,000 per year with a bonus program.
