ATB Financial is on the lookout for a Managing Director, Data & AI Governance who can take charge of our Data Governance Framework and AI Governance Framework. This leadership position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in data governance or AI governance, particularly within regulated sectors. You will drive compliance with regulatory standards and ensure the organization effectively manages data assets and AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operationalize Data and AI Governance Frameworks
• Lead risk management operations and escalate risks effectively




• Ensure compliance with OSFI guidelines and other regulations
• Track Critical Data Element lineage and metadata
• Collaborate on AI controls and governance during development

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years of leadership experience in data governance or risk management
• In-depth knowledge of relevant financial regulations
• Hands-on experience with data governance tools and platforms
