Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage specific operational processes within the mining and processing facilities.
Identify and implement improvements in operational efficiency, productivity, and safety.
Monitor key operational parameters and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for optimization.
Develop and manage operational project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in mining operations.
Provide technical expertise and support to operational teams.




Assist in the development and implementation of operational budgets and cost control measures.
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
Prepare detailed operational reports and present findings to management.
Mentor junior operations staff and contribute to their professional development.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Process Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations within the mining or heavy industry sector.
Proven experience in process optimization, operational analysis, and project management.
Strong understanding of mining operations, mineral processing, and related technologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in relevant mining software and data analysis tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
