Key Responsibilities:
• Develop expertise in Balance of Plant equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues through data analysis
• Lead root-cause assessments and testing plans
• Define technical specifications for capital projects
• Evaluate vendor proposals and manage deliverables

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in power plant operations
• Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation preferred
