Our client is seeking a Site Controller with operations finance expertise for a 6-month to permanent role. You'll have significant responsibilities, including overseeing a team, ensuring timely month-end reporting, and maintaining financial discipline across all mining operations. A robust focus on accurate financial modeling, capital expenditure review, and internal controls will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee monthly close and cost accounting for accuracy
• Analyze site-level budgets and variance reports




• Drive accountability across mining and supply chain operations
• Review capital expenditure tracking against approved budgets
• Maintain robust inventory and ore stockpile models

Requirements:
• 10+ years in mine site accounting/finance experience
• Strong mining-specific accounting knowledge required
• Experience with SOX controls and public reporting
• Advanced Excel and SAP proficiency needed
