In the role of Physician Project Lead, you will report to the DCMO Integrated Northern Health, guiding the staffing model and operational strategies of the North Battleford UCC. Collaborate effectively with physicians, clinical leaders, and Ministry representatives to ensure successful implementation of quality care programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in strategic advisement and operational decision-making
• Guide development from conception to operational readiness
• Facilitate advisory committees for UCC North Battleford
