Randstad Canada is seeking a legal support professional for a 3-month contract in Toronto. You will review deal and loan documentation, identify PPSA filings in Canada and UCC filings in the U.S., and extract information for tracking and reporting.
This hybrid role requires onsite presence Tue–Thu at the Toronto office with remote flexibility on other days; extension opportunities may follow. Schedule 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; rapid-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
