JBS Canada in Belleville, Ontario, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance, drive reliability, and ensure safety and food-safety compliance. You will coach unionized maintenance staff, manage preventives, and partner with production to meet quality and efficiency targets.
The role requires a post-secondary degree or diploma with Journeyman certification and 5+ years in engineering/maintenance management within manufacturing, preferably food processing.
