Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) to analyze and document business processes using Agile methodologies ( RFR --DTS- ) Join a provincial government initiative supporting complex IT project teams and strategic business transformation efforts.

This role focuses on requirements gathering, business process analysis, process re-engineering, user stories, and collaboration across technical and operational stakeholders in an Agile environment.

The engagement supports large-scale public sector projects with onsite collaboration and cross-functional alignment.

Contract, Winnipeg, Onsite, Working Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm CST Must Haves 10+ years working as a Business Analyst 5+ years documenting and conducting process analysis and process re-engineering 5+ years writing requirements , use cases, and user stories 5+ years working on projects in an Agile environment Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Commerce,



or equivalent field Nice to Have Accreditation from IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) Knowledge of the Business Analysis Book of Knowledge (BABOK) Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to document business requirements Analyze and document current business processes and workflows Develop business cases outlining costs, perks, and risks of proposed solutions Create functional specifications and user stories for implementation Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes and system enhancements Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to validate business requirements Act as a liaison between end-users, technical teams, consultants, and government organizations
