Our mining client is seeking a Lead SAP Training Manager (10+ years) to lead SAP training strategy, delivery, and adoption programs using SAP S4/HANA and ERP business processes Join a large-scale ERP transformation program focused on implementing a unified SAP platform across enterprise operations.

This role leads training strategy, curriculum development, and training delivery initiatives supporting SAP business processes across finance, supply chain management, and asset management.

The position partners closely with Organizational Readiness, Change Management, ERP teams, and Systems Integrators to support enterprise-wide adoption and transition activities.

Periodic international travel is required based on project needs.
