QA Lead Back to All Jobs [social_share] Our client requires a QA Lead to support ongoing enhancements to a data-driven MERN application hosted in Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities require end-to-end manual testing based on evolving business requirements, including functional, integration, regression, accessibility, performance, load, security, and non-functional testing, plus knowledge transfer and documentation.

Work is hybrid with 3 days per week onsite at client location in Toronto, ON.

Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid) Mandatory Requirements Mandatory Manual Testing Skills/Experience: 8+ years of demonstrated QA/testing experience, including developing technical testing strategies and test plans, creating test scenarios, test cases/scripts, test data, and execution of manual testing activities.

Demonstrated experience performing integration, unit, regression, functional, user acceptance (UAT), accessibility (AODA), and non-functional testing.

Working knowledge of AODA/accessibility requirements and accessibility testing practices.

Experience testing data-driven applications, including data validation, data integrity, user roles, permissions, workflows, and business rules.





Experience creating and maintaining requirements traceability matrices to ensure complete test coverage and alignment with business requirements.

Experience identifying, documenting, tracking, retesting, and validating defects using Azure Dev

Ops or similar defect management tools.

Experience performing end-to-end testing across multiple applications, environments, interfaces, and integrated systems.

Demonstrated ability analyzing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify testing impacts, expected outcomes, and test coverage requirements.
