Soft HCM 9.2 ERP modernization initiative spanning HR, payroll, benefits, absence management, compensation, and employee data.

The developer work within an agile team setting to digitize onboarding and other manual processes, expand employee and manager self-service, and transition legacy Classic+ pages to Fluid UI using People

Tools 8.61.

Work is onsite at client location in Toronto, ON.

Toronto, Ontario (Onsite) Mandatory Requirements Peoplesoft HCM modules development exp is a must Be part of an agile, self-directed, multi-disciplinary team that includes managers, senior solution designers, software developers and IT professionals with business expertise.

Provide technical expertise to deliver advanced and complex digital solutions in all phases of SDLC, including design, implementation, testing, and maintenance in multi-platform environments.

Develop interactive dashboards, reports,



and data visualizations allowing clients to explore data and discover business insights independently.

Constantly and passionately learn emerging technologies, best practices, toolsets, and others to deliver state-of-the art digital solutions.

Provide and deliver technical solutions within large-scale ERP systems (Oracle Peoplesoft), supporting business process automation which achieves service delivery excellence and drives efficiencies.

Knowledge of Oracle database management systems and application database administration.

Peoplesoft HCM Knowledge and Integration: Knowledge of People

Soft HCM operating systems, delivered application functionality, configurations and packaged application integration, focus on modules Absence Management, Time & labour as well as Benefit and payroll; Knowledge of People

Soft security, workflow, and tools such as People

Soft Update Manager (PUM), Change Assistant, and Data Mover.

Desirable Requirements Previous Public sector experience
