We are looking for an experienced Sr.

Accountant to support key financial operations for a team in a contract position with potential for permanency.

This opportunity is well suited to a detail-oriented accounting specialist who can maintain accurate records, strengthen month-end processes, and contribute to reliable financial reporting.

The successful candidate will work across core accounting functions, balancing day-to-day execution with analytical review in a rapid-paced environment.

Responsibilities: • Oversee month-end accounting activities, ensuring deadlines are met and financial results are recorded accurately. • Prepare and review journal entries, account analyses, and supporting schedules to maintain the integrity of the general ledger. • Perform detailed reconciliations for balance sheet accounts, bank activity, and other key financial areas, resolving discrepancies promptly.



• Support the preparation of internal financial statements and reporting packages by validating data and investigating variances. • Maintain accounting records within ERP platforms such as Net

Suite, Oracle, or SAP, while helping improve consistency in financial processes. • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather information, clarify transactions, and ensure accounting treatment aligns with company policies. • Use Microsoft Excel to analyze large data sets, prepare reconciliations, and build working papers that support reporting accuracy. • Assist with audits and compliance-related requests by organizing documentation and providing clear support for account activity.
