Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (7+ years) to lead requirements documentation and project delivery using SQL, Power BI, and cross-border payments systems Join a team supporting global money transfer applications focused on cross-border payments and multi-currency transactions across international markets.

This role will drive end-to-end business analysis activities, stakeholder engagement, and project discussions within a modernization and enablement setting.

The position offers exposure to capital markets and payments initiatives while working across multiple applications and products.

Candidates will work closely with stakeholders and project teams on high-visibility payment solutions.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, twice per week:



Wednesday and Thursday with one rotational day based on the requirements and meetings Bay Street 6 months Must Haves 7+ years as a Business Analyst delivering large-scale multi-faceted programs 5+ years working with Jira 2+ years supporting payments and cross-border payment flows 4+ years using SQL and Power BI reporting Degree/diploma in Business, Arts, Science, Engineering, and/or related field of study Nice to Have Banking experience Payment rails experience Background supporting cards, wires, Interac, or cross-border payments AI knowledge Responsibilities Document business requirements, current state processes, target state processes, and roadmaps Lead end-to-end project discussions with stakeholders and project teams Support global money transfer applications focused on cross-border payments and multi-currency transactions Coordinate cross-functional teams and track project milestones and timelines Identify project risks and support mitigation activities Participate in user acceptance and business implementation activities Develop presentation materials and communicate project status, risks, actions, and issues
