In this permanent, full-time role, you'll report to the Director of Operations and lead a mix of direct employees and contractors. This position focuses on high-resolution geological core scanning at client mine sites in Canada and the U.S. Your expertise in managing dispersed teams and safety leadership will be instrumental in achieving operational standards and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop operators and supervisors across North America
• Manage daily scanning operations for quality and efficiency
• Uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance in the field




• Resolve operational issues affecting productivity and customer commitments
• Support new project deployments and stabilization across the region

Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in field operations leadership
• Proven ability to manage remote teams effectively
• Solid safety leadership with knowledge of industry standards
• Familiarity with KPIs and continuous improvement methods
