In this role as a Senior Brand Ambassador, you will engage with each guest using the AEO Selling Model to ensure they find exactly what they are looking for. Your passion for the products will shine through as you make personalized product suggestions and introduce our loyalty program to guests. Flexibility is key as you move between various store zones including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests with a friendly approach using AEO Selling Model
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie productlines




• Introduce the AEO loyalty program successfully
• Assist in various store departments as needed
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following policies

Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Prior retail experience is preferred
• Energetic, multitasking abilities
• Availability during weekends and holidays
• Strong adherence to AEO policies and procedures
