Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Visiting Nurse to join our Hamilton community care team. You will travel from home to home in the Greater Hamilton/Burlington area delivering personalized nursing care and coordinating with families and the broader care team.
You’ll bring RN registration, a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel; experience with wound care, IV therapy, or chronic disease management is an asset. This casual role offers flexible shifts and comprehensive advantages.
