Reach Truck Operator - Day Shift

We're looking for an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team on a steady Monday-Friday day shift (9:00 AM-5:00 PM) . If you're safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable operating reach trucks and order pickers in a fast-paced setting, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Safely operate reach trucks and order pickers

Pick, replenish, and put away inventory

Perform cycle counts and inventory checks

Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)

Complete bin checks and inventory movements

Maintain accurate inventory records

Assist with general warehouse housekeeping

Lift and move products up to 50 lbs

Follow all safety procedures and warehouse standards

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of reach truck and order picker experience

Valid forklift certification (Reach Truck and Order Picker)

Experience using RF scanners and WMS systems

Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable with repetitive lifting and physical work

Strong communication skills in English

Nice to Have

Experience with voice picking or RF-based order picking

Experience in a high-volume distribution or warehouse environment

Inventory control and cycle count experience

You'll work in a busy warehouse using reach trucks, order pickers, RF scanners, and warehouse software. The facility is conveniently located near public transit, with a short walk from the nearest stop.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.15 - $22.15/hr.
