Black & McDonald is seeking an Estimating Administrator for our Alberta team, reporting to the Lead Estimator. This fully in‑office role supports the estimating group by managing RFQs, filing, and timely communication with clients and subcontractors to facilitate accurate and competitive bids.
Based in Leduc, AB (relocating to Acheson, AB before year‑end), you will coordinate bid packages, track prequalifications, review drawings and specifications, and maintain bid documents and databases.
