As part of the Aliaxis family, IPEX seeks a dynamic leader to support Operational Excellence Initiatives. Your expertise in lean manufacturing, project management, and people development will help enhance plant performance, drive KPIs, and support efficient operations. Collaborate across departments to foster improvement, instill safety practices, and promote a culture of change leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead 5S implementation and coordinate department collaboration
• Develop KPIs to communicate manufacturing performance
• Facilitate management reviews and daily discussions




• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and lean training
• Support recent product launches and operational problem solving

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in operations transformation
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Certification preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration
