Our public sector client requires a Senior Business Analyst with robust Agile experience to be involved in the development and implementation of applications on both on-premise and cloud infrastructure. · On-site work downtown Ottawa · Secret Clearance · Additional Security requirements Responsibilities Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for cloud and on-premise application initiatives.

Develop user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, process maps, and product backlogs to support Agile delivery teams.

Create business roadmaps that align strategic objectives with future-state business processes and technology solutions.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and requirements validation to support solution design and implementation.

Work closely with Agile and Dev

Ops teams throughout the software development lifecycle, supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and solution deployment.





Analyze current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend future-state business solutions.

Prepare business analysis documentation, decision records, and presentations while providing ongoing knowledge transfer to project stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills Demonstrated Senior Business Analyst experience developing user stories, storyboards, business process models, roadmaps, and future-state business processes within Agile and Dev

Ops environments. experience supporting the design, development, and implementation of applications on cloud infrastructure , legacy (on-premise) infrastructure , and Government of Canada projects.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologie s, Dev

Ops practices, business analysis techniques, and the ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
