using appropriate and effective communication techniques; • Coordinate trips with partners to meet client requirements; • Provide clients with information and advice regarding the various services offered by the logistics division; • Verify various details with the shipper and consignee to anticipate issues along the way, such as operating hours and information provided by the bill-to party prior to dispatching the run; • Responsiveness to emergencies and unexpected situations (delays, breakdowns, weather, customs); • Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously; • Ability to close deals, resolve conflicts, and maintain lasting relationships; • Assist Audit with updating partner files in the system; • Perform all other related tasks Qualifications - Experience in a similar position; - Excellent understanding of LTL and TL operations; - DEC (College Diploma) in transport/logistics, an asset; - Proficiency with various software applications (Truck
