Projects range from multi‑residential towers to institutional andmercial builds in both the public and private sectors.

Your new role This role is well suited for a hands‑on PM with strong financial acumen who wants broader responsibility across project execution, client coordination, and reporting.

Your Responsibilities Lead projects from pre‑construction through close‑out Manage cash flow, budgets, forecasting, and cost controls Prepare and present monthly reports and financial updates Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Maintain schedules, change management, and risk controls Ensurepliance with contracts, drawings, and specifications Project Scale & Scope High‑rise multi‑residential developments ICI projects (institutional, public, and private sector)



Projects delivered in collaboration with consultants, trades, and internal teams Gatineau‑based, with projects across Quebec and Ontario Ability to work across jurisdictions is an advantage What you'll need to succeed 3–5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in building construction Proven exposure to high‑rise and/or mid‑rise projects Robust understanding of project financials (cost tracking, forecasting, cash flow) Experience working in Gatineau or Quebec, with Ontario experience considered a strong asset, bilingualism in French and English is required.
