Job Summary We are seeking a Permanent Forklift Operator for a direct hire opportunity in Mississauga, ON.

This full-time day shift role is ideal for an experienced forklift operator who enjoys hands-on warehouse work, safe material handling, and being part of a reliable production and operations team.

Key Responsibilities - Operate counterbalance and reach forklifts to move, store, stage, and put away products safely and efficiently. - Break down skids, handle flooring rolls, and maintain organized storage and warehouse areas.



- Use carts and appropriate material-handling equipment to move heavy rolls weighing approximately 450 lbs. - Support general warehouse and labour tasks as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following all health and safety procedures. - Work collaboratively with teammates and handle products with care to prevent damage.

Compensation and Benefits - Salary: $45,000 per year. - Job type: Direct hire, permanent, full-time. - Location: Mississauga, ON. - Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 40 hours per week. - Shift: Day shift only. - Benefits: Medical and dental benefits after 90 days. - Vacation: 10 days. - Sick days: 6 days. - Profit sharing program. - 90-day probationary period. - Relaxed, casual workplace with approachable management and an open-door policy.
