Ensure production schedules are completed on time and according to customer requirements.

Supervise production staff and allocate work effectively among team members.

Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and other resources.

Monitor production costs and take measures to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.

Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.

Train, guide, and motivate production employees to improve productivity and performance.





Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with stores/purchase to avoid production delays.

Maintain a clean, organized, and protected production environment.

Support management in achieving productivity, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
