In this pivotal role reporting to the Taproom Manager, you will coordinate large events and reservations at The Grizzly Paw's venues, including the Taproom and Beer Garden. With 20 hours per week, you will leverage sales and marketing skills to generate leads, build client relationships, and support revenue growth while ensuring seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and plan large bookings for events
• Coordinate with the F&B; leadership team on event details
• Generate new business through networking and partnerships




• Maintain event packages, contracts, and invoices
• Liaise with local agencies for smooth event execution

Requirements:
• 2–3+ years in sales or event management
• Solid communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with business development and revenue growth
• Knowledge of hospitality and event execution
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
