PARC Retirement Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for the Summerhill PARC community in North Vancouver on a temporary, part time 2-month contract with an hourly rate of $27.94–$28.73 CAD.
You will perform maintenance tasks, support safety and cleanliness, respond to work orders, and assist with suite turnover and emergencies. A high school diploma and 3+ years in hotel or senior-living maintenance are required, with relevant certifications valued.
