Pro Hockey Life seeks a Department Sales Manager (Merchandise) to lead store execution, manage promo and pricing standards, and oversee product flow while upholding company compliance. This role also focuses on community engagement and ambassadorial duties within the store network.
You will coach staff, ensure visual standards and accurate pricing, oversee onboarding, and act as a customer-focused ambassador with emphasis on team development and store performance.
