PURPOSE Scotiabank ABM Delivery Services Team is looking for a Senior Operations Support team member to assist in providing maintenance and support functions for the ABM and CRU fleet across Canada. Attend meetings accordingly (vendor management, operations, and stand-ups, etc.). Act as the issues/incident escalation point for the supplier that may have an enterprise-wide impact or not resolved at the business level. Verify and approve vendor invoices. Analysis, Reporting & Escalation of the fleet and Vendor Suggest: Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and procedures within and across departments. Focusing on moving towards automation as much as we can Operational mandate KTLO (Keep the Lights On). Power BI, Power automate, VM (Configuration, Development,



Reporting design and implementation) Coordinate Preventative Maintenance (PM) activities as per plan. IMAC ABM (Install, Move, Add, Change) coordination and planning o Incident Ticket, Email & Patching Management o Routine on-call response for backup (as needed). Occasional system health checks for backup (as needed). Assist with the implementation, monitoring, and review of existing and new systems and procedural changes to ensure successful completion. Adaptability to conflicting/changing priorities and tight deadlines. Develop materials to effectively communicate or train supplier staff regarding tool enhancements, changes, or key issues, (e.G. training materials or presentations).
