Working at the Fairlife dairy production facility, you will operate and maintain laboratory instruments while conducting quality audits directly on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation for accurate testing
• Conduct routine quality audits and evaluations on the production floor
• Utilize SAP for production data capture and traceability




• Prepare test solutions while adhering to Good Laboratory Practices
• Record and manage analytical data ensuring compliance

Requirements:
• Minimum two-year diploma in Food Science or related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing laboratory
• Proficient in laboratory analytical equipment
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration
• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed
