The Town of Newmarket seeks a passionate Pickleball Centre Instructor to deliver engaging programs and clinics. This role requires strong leadership and customer service skills, emphasizing safety and inclusivity. Ideal candidates will possess a current First Aid and CPR-C certification, and be ready to work evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver safe and enjoyable pickleball lessons and programs
• Manage attendance and submit paperwork promptly
• Communicate effectively with participants regarding concerns
• Liaise with programmers about issues or developments
• Provide excellent customer service to the public
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years working in a club setting
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C certifications
• NCCP Instructor Level 1 Certification required
• Minimum 3.5 DUPR playing level
