Take on a pivotal role as a Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager with Silent-Aire, part of Johnson Controls, in the Edmonton Area. Lead mechanical engineering teams and oversee complex projects while ensuring technical excellence.

In this full time position, you will guide a dedicated team of engineers, with approximately 6 direct reports and 25 indirect reports. You’ll be responsible for managing mechanical system designs, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong leadership capabilities and a solid technical background in HVAC systems and project management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
• P.Eng. designation required
