Join Side by Side Therapy as an Instructor Therapist focusing on children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This part-time contract role allows you to create positive change through one-on-one support in a flexible environment.

We're seeking a dedicated Instructor Therapist in York and surrounding areas to implement Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) strategies in children's homes. You will work under the guidance of a Senior Therapist, engaging directly with clients while maintaining effective communication with families. Successful candidates will have experience implementing ABA procedures, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt strategies for individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized service plans (ISP) as directed




• Record and graph data related to client progress
• Maintain timely communication with parents and team members
• Arrive prepared and on time for all sessions
• Adhere to feedback from RBA for improved outcomes

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months experience as an Instructor Therapist
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Access to reliable transportation
• College diploma or university degree in a related field
